They pledged their love to each other, but now one is gone.

E le alofa lata mai, e moni ea pe leai
O se fetu susulu mai, i ona ala e te fo’i maia ita nei
E itiitia tasi le mea lou naunau pe tua i fea
Popole ne’i aliaina e le pupula mata a e fasia

O ananafi na e ioe ia ita
i lou alofa e le toe faaluaina
o anapo na e uua lo’u lima
a o nei ua e melea ita

O ananafi na e ioe ia ita
i lou alofa e le toe faaluaina
o anapo na e uua lo’u lima
a o nei ua e melea ita

Le fatu sa ou toto laa ou toli nei, ia fua ni aso e tele
E fai ma ou tofaga i ona palolo i le vevela o le la ua le magoto
Le masina se’i susulu mai, sei sulugia i la’u va’ai
i la’u pele po o fea o i ai, ma aumai sei mafuli mai

O ananafi na e ioe ia ita
i lou alofa e le toe faaluaina
o anapo na e uua lo’u lima
a o nei ua e melea ita

O ananafi na e ioe ia ita
i lou alofa e le toe faaluaina
o anapo na e uua lo’u lima
a o nei ua e melea ita

Wow! beautiful lyrics, tone and melody. I don’t believe I heard this song before. This is a new song, right?. Though I don’t think melea is the right word, its more like kia’i.LOL. Aga o se maguia e melea, ae ai ua kia’i oga e valea. hahaha.
But there are errors in the 2nd verse.
Line1
Le fatu sa ou toto (i lo’u tovine) ia fua ini aso e tele.
Line 2
E fai ma ou tofaga i ona (paolo) i le vevela o le la ua le magoto
Line4.
I la’u pele po’o fea o iai, (mauga e,) se’i mafuli mai.
